Forms for all of the required paperwork have been provided on this Web site, as well as a listing of our preferred freight companies. If assistance is required on how to complete the paperwork or arrange a pick up, please contact Ramptech. Download the forms. |

Once completed, please affix the return bill of lading and the forms for U.S. Customs (if required) to the containers being sent to Ramptech Inc. |

After pick-up of the shipment has been arranged, a truck will arrive and you will be responsible for loading the order. |

Repaired chocks will be packaged and returned to the location of your choice. It is the intention of Ramptech to provide the same day service by returning the repaired chocks within twenty-four hours of receiving the shipment. |

| *Please note that crates for the accumulation and shipping of damaged chocks are available upon request, free of charge. |

| All chocks tendered for repair will be returned to the location of your choice, freight prepaid, in exact quantities as received, red versus green. Quantities of chocks may be altered by special request of the customer. |

| Ramptech pays for all freight both to and from its Chicago facility. Please note that Ramptech is authorized to approve warranty repairs on Holden's behalf. In those instances, we will include replacement re-conditioned chocks in your shipment and deliver them free of charge. |
